Singapore has no rivers to dam and no plains for wind. It has rooftops, reservoirs, and 1,580 kWh of sun per square metre, every year.
RENEWEZY develops and invests in the solar and renewable energy infrastructure that a small, dense, sun-rich nation actually has room for — from commercial rooftops to floating arrays to the storage that keeps power flowing after dark.
Three capabilities, one asset lifecycle
We don't just write cheques or just build. RENEWEZY originates, funds, and operates renewable energy assets end to end — which is what disciplined performance in a land-constrained market requires.
Originate & build
We identify sites — rooftops, reservoirs, industrial estates — and take projects from feasibility and permitting through to commissioning, working within Singapore's regulatory and grid framework.
Fund & co-invest
We deploy and structure capital into solar and renewable energy projects directly, or alongside partners, with underwriting built around long-dated, contracted energy revenue.
Operate & optimise
Generation only pays off if it keeps performing. We manage assets through their operating life — monitoring output, maintenance, and returns against plan.
Built for a small island's constraints
Singapore can't put solar on open fields — it doesn't have them. So the opportunity looks different here, and our focus areas follow the land, water, and grid Singapore actually has.
01 Commercial & industrial rooftop solar
Singapore's warehouses, factories, and business parks carry acres of unshaded rooftop — under-used generation capacity sitting above operating businesses.
02 Floating solar
Reservoirs and inland waters offer generation capacity without competing for land — one of the few ways a dense city-state can scale deployment.
03 Solar-plus-storage
Sun is intermittent by nature. Pairing generation with battery storage is what turns a rooftop asset into a dependable, dispatchable one.
04 Regional clean power
As Singapore looks beyond its shores for low-carbon electricity, we track the cross-border generation and transmission projects that will feed the grid it plugs into.
Singapore Polo Club
Our first project puts the approach into practice: originate, fund, and manage — on the grounds of one of Singapore's oldest sporting institutions.
Singapore Polo Club
Founded in 1886, Singapore Polo Club is one of the country's oldest and most prestigious sporting and social institutions. RENEWEZY partnered with the club to install and set up an approximately 0.45 MW rooftop solar system on-site, investing 70% of the project cost under a 15-year agreement with the club.
Live satellite view — panels installed across the main clubhouse roof, in multiple array sections following the roofline.
A national target that just moved, ahead of schedule
None of these numbers belong to RENEWEZY — they're the backdrop we invest against. Singapore hit its solar target early and immediately raised it.

Whether you're evaluating co-investment, land or rooftop access, or a partnership on a specific project, we'd like to hear from you.

+
Singapore-based, Singapore-focused
We operate inside the regulatory, grid, and land realities of one market — rather than spreading thin across many.
-
+
Full lifecycle involvement
Development, investment, and asset management sit under one roof, aligning our incentives with an asset's performance over its full life, not just at financial close.
-
+
Disciplined underwriting
We size every position against contracted, long-dated energy revenue — not against policy targets alone.
-
+
ESG-aligned by construction
Every asset we develop or fund is, by definition, renewable generation — impact isn't a separate reporting exercise.
